Shred & Tone

Shred & Tone is our high intensity full body workout class designed to get you looking trim and tone in a 50 minute blast. Expect to do a range of different exercises focusing on high repetitions to carve out your dream body and take your fitness to the next level. 

Cardio HIIT

There's no class that will get you as fit as Cardio HIIT! This class is 50 minutes of high intensity aerobic and anaerobic training to give you energy levels that you've never experience before. This class is all about heart and you'll find yourself fitter and more capable than ever once you become a regular at Cardio HIIT

Functional Movement

Functional Movement is all about bringing mobility, flexibility & strength together in one class. You'll be going through a range of compound and complex movements with the ultimate goal of creating a strong and capable body fit for everything that life has to throw at you.

Box Fit & Kick Fit

Nothing quite mixes fitness & fun together like Box Fit and Kick Fit. Similar in concept, both focus on punching and kicking to get a full body workout and burn some serious calories. You'll be hitting hanging bags and working with partners using focus mitts in this class. You don't need any experience with boxing or kick-boxing to get a workout in this class, and we supply to gloves and mitts too!
